VanderWyk & Burnham does not have its own “shopping cart” option, but
we understand that some visitors to our site may prefer to order directly
from us than to go through booksellers. If you prefer to order directly
from VanderWyk & Burnham, we accept phone, fax, e-mail, and mail orders.

If you want to pay by check, place a check in the mail for the price of
the book plus $5.95 shipping and handling. Add $1.00 for each additional
book going to the same address.
Massachusetts residents must also add 5 percent sales tax. Send the check
to V&B Orders, PO Box 2789-WS, Acton, Mass. 01720-6789.
If you are a bookseller or librarian, contact your favorite wholesaler
or call National Book Network (NBN) at 1-800-462-6420.
Refund Policy: Within 30 days, if you are not satisfied with your book purchase for any reason, return it to us for a full refund. (Sorry, we cannot accept returns of audiobooks if the cellophane sealing has been broken.) We recommend that you return materials using United Parcel Service (UPS) or Insured Parcel Post (U.S. Postal Service), for your protection. Our street address for packages is V&B, 1740 Massachusetts Ave., Boxborough, MA 01719. If the item was a gift, we will send the refund to the address to which the item was originally mailed. We can refund only for purchases made directly from VanderWyk & Burnham via online, phone, or mail orders.
